love is the most value for each life to its own state, not only 'cause of caring or protecting but of being brought up and striving up when a fating oppotunity comes to its sight.
love is the most time for each life on its own fate, 'cause that each life only exist then with whom can be thought as a whole world to stand or live together while cold or upset outside.
but for the student,each one is the unique and only; so each one called teacher have to regard his life as a life when he encuntering another, i.e.value every time to face to face, hand with hand, heart by heart till changing appears.
how should i do to be a good teacher? we all know there must be an element called love each student you ever face or will do whereas not enough.
how should i do to be a good student? we all know there must be an essential called love what you have to face notwithstanding not enough.
how should i do to be a good man? we all know there must be an basis called love each life yours own or others in despite of not enough.
教育之爱不能够不是一种情感，但是不论哪一种情感都无法在尘世中寻得一种单纯的感情投入或是付出，不管是怎样的一种爱，都须是一种智慧的付出，教育之爱更是这样，它更深远博大，更加具有智慧的特征和照射与引导的作用，这种爱是要学习和训练的，不是天生的，是要在社会的大课堂、在生活的现场进行不断的问询的，是要自我不断挖掘一种对彼此深沉的理解的结构性动态的切入和关注的，不是一种单纯的货币交易或是商品的交换，不是一种迷恋或是痴恋，更不是一种物质上的给予或是施舍，它需要的更多是一种对“你”世界的思入和对“我”世界的走入，是在与每一个外在的存在的“相遇”的结构性深入和投射性的蒙昧的解脱过程。
对于每一种教育的事件，我们都无法改变什么，我们可能试图改变的最多的就是一种态度，或是一种启发，一种试探，一种同情，一种解释，一种现象的深沉描述或是再度解构。在这个基础上，我们找到了或者帮助他人找到了适合自身的改善之道、成长之道、发展之道，是为教育之功，是为教育之魅，是为教育之德。 于是，作为教育者或者作为一名教育研究者，我想说如是：
